We happily ship items from the What Youth shop to most locations globally. If you’d like to confirm that we ship to your location please email email@example.com.
For domestic orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. International orders may take a bit longer depending on the destination. For any questions regarding your purchase or the What Youth shop, you can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For international orders, we ship exclusively with USPS. Currently USPS only offers delivery confirmations for these countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey.
If your country is not listed it DOES NOT mean we don’t ship there. This list just indicates once your package has left the United States your tracking number will not work and we suggest you get in contact with your local delivery service or customs in your country to keep updated on your shipment. The tracking number is only useful to see that your item has left the United States, BUT will not keep updating thereafter. You are than responsible for the risk of ordering from us without potential tracking to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
We’ll do whatever’s necessary to make you happy with your What Youth purchase. Your satisfaction is our only concern.
Exchanges and refunds: If you aren’t totally happy with any What Youth purchase, simply return it in sellable condition within 14 days with your receipt for an exchange or a refund. Any refunds will be made through your original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. Print products are non-refundable unless faulty.
WE DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for International orders.
Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, with the exception of returns of faulty products.

Lost or Stolen Items
We ship exclusively with USPS and if your tracking number indicates your item was delivered we have no control and we cannot issue you a refund. In this case your item was most likely stolen and you need to contact the local authorities or your local postal service.
If your item appears to be lost you need to contact USPS or your local delivery service and speak with them. It is not our responsibility once the item is sent out. It is then on the delivery service to successfully deliver your package.

The only time we collect personal information is when you either purchase products in our shop or subscribe to our Letters From What Youth.
Shop purchases: We collect your credit card and other payment information and use it exclusively to process your orders or to better assist you when you contact us. All credit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Letters From What Youth: By signing up for our Letters From What Youth, you agree to the use of personal information such as your name and e-mail address to be used to deliver our Letters. We may occasionally include information about products and promotions that might be of interest to you. You can remove yourself from our list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button that appears at the bottom of our Letters.
Disclosure of personal information: Certain personal information may be shared within our network of suppliers or other third parties solely for the purpose of processing your requests. All of our service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Otherwise we won’t disclose, rent, sell or otherwise share your personal information without your consent.
Change in ownership: In the event of the sale or transfer of any part of our business or assets, we reserve the right to transfer any personal information we have about you to a third party buyer.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
CONTESTS AND PRIZING
Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed (except where the Competition Notice states that more than one entry can be submitted) and any entrant who enters more than the permitted maximum will be disqualified. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry. In all matters of Prizewinners, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes are award at the discretion of Trade Gothic are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. Trade Gothic reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
